Introduction of the conference

Undoubtedly, social sciences and humanities studies are changing according to the changes in existing conditions and human behavior. As a result, they are not fixed sciences but relative pieces of knowledge that are sometimes accompanied by changes. This is why the Centre Research and Development Center has decided to hold this scientific event for the second time in cooperation with the Ibn Rushd School of Educational Sciences of Baghdad University and the School of Literature and Humanities of the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. To achieve effective results and operational achievements that can cause fundamental changes in the desired areas.

The issue of the conference

The main challenge of the conference originates from this main research topic, which examines the current developments in social sciences and humanities, which change the way of explaining phenomena to achieve accurate results in different fields for researchers, and researchers of these sciences together with it. The subject that requires the examination of the related fields by examining the characteristics of each phenomenon is the theory of exchange of ideas and views arising from the attempt to achieve the definition of fixed and variable phenomena in the field of social sciences and humanities and considering the relativity of some from these fields as a knowledge. The topics of interest in this conference have been focused on several specialized areas; based on their relativity, it emerges as a science, and the topics include many technical areas, and the challenges facing this conference include: new developments And to what extent the upcoming changes affected the studies of social sciences and humanities
