The research must meet the standard academic criteria.
It should be original, innovative, and not previously published or submitted to another entity for publication.
Research should be submitted in one of the following languages: Arabic / Persian / English / Kurdish.
The research must have a plagiarism rate of no more than 20%, as submissions with a higher rate will be rejected.
The research should align with the specified themes of the conference, and the researcher must identify the relevant theme.
The research or academic paper must include the title, abstract, introduction, main topics, subtopics, analysis and conclusions, results, and a list of references.
The length of the research should not exceed 20 pages in A4 format (the word count should be between 5,000 and 7,000 words).
The research abstract should not exceed one page, with 250 to 300 words, including keywords.
The complete research should be submitted in a single file and sent to the email address listed on the conference website or uploaded through the site’s registration system.
The research must be formatted using Microsoft Word (2010 version).
Serial numbering must be used for main and subheadings, for example:
Introduction 1-1. Research Background 1-2. Research Questions

The author(s) must provide their academic details under the article's title.
Font requirements:
Persian text: Use BLotus font size 13.
Arabic text: Use Traditional Arabic font size 14.
English text: Use Times New Roman font size 12.
Reference and citation requirements:
14-1. In-text citations: Citations should be inserted within the text in parentheses. Example: (Author's last name, year of publication, volume, and page numbers). For instance: (Khatib, 1986: Vol.2/ 275) or (Adonis, 1412 AH: 10-12).
14-2. References list: The references should be numbered alphabetically by the authors’ last names and listed at the end of the research. If the reference is a book, it should be written as follows:

If the reference is an article, it should be written as follows: 3. Aboud, Abdu. (1999). “Comparative Literature and Modern Critical Trends,” Alam Al-Fikr, Kuwait, Issue 1, Vol. 28, pp. 300-321. (The journal name should be italicized, not the article title).
